1.1 Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly services including SEO, social media management, and content marketing:

  • Cancellation Notice: 30 days written notice required
  • Billing Cycle: Services billed monthly in advance
  • Final Month: Services continue through the notice period

1.2 Project-Based Services

For website development, brand strategy, and campaign setup:

  • Pre-Work Commencement: Full refund available
  • Work in Progress: Partial refund based on completion percentage
  • Completed Deliverables: No refund for finished work

1.3 Advertising Management (PPC/Social Ads)

For paid advertising campaign management:

  • Management Fees: 30 days notice for cancellation
  • Ad Spend: Client retains ownership of ad accounts and remaining budgets
  • Campaign Optimization: Ongoing work billed through notice period

2. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

2.1 Eligible for Full Refund

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of contract signing (cooling-off period)
  • Service failure to commence within agreed timeframe due to our fault
  • Material breach of service agreement by DigiGrowth Studio

2.2 Partial Refund Scenarios

  • Project cancellation after work has commenced but before completion
  • Client-initiated changes that significantly alter project scope
  • Cancellation due to circumstances beyond either party's control

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed project deliverables and services
  • Time and resources already invested in strategy development
  • Third-party costs incurred on client's behalf (ad spend, tools, subscriptions)
  • Services provided in accordance with agreed specifications
  • Client-initiated cancellation after project completion

3. Cancellation Process

Step 1: Written Notice

Submit cancellation request via email to hello@digigrowth.studio with your account details and reason for cancellation.

Step 2: Confirmation Call

Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the cancellation and discuss any outstanding deliverables.

Step 3: Final Invoice

You'll receive a final invoice for services rendered through the cancellation date and any applicable refund calculations.

Step 4: Asset Transfer

All completed work, access credentials, and assets will be transferred to you within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Calculation Method

Partial refunds are calculated based on:

  • Percentage of work completed
  • Resources and time invested
  • Value of deliverables provided
  • Third-party costs incurred

4.2 Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
  • Check Payments: 10-14 business days

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with clients to find mutually acceptable solutions, which may include service credits or partial refunds.

5.2 Service Modifications

If we discontinue a service or make significant changes, existing clients will receive 60 days notice and may be eligible for refunds or service credits.

5.3 Unsatisfactory Performance

If you're unsatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve issues before considering refund options.

Performance Results: Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, and algorithm changes. Refunds are not provided based solely on performance outcomes that meet industry standards.

Third-Party Services: Refunds do not include costs for third-party services, tools, or advertising spend. These remain the client's responsibility regardless of service cancellation.

Data and Analytics: Historical performance data and analytics insights provided during service delivery remain our intellectual property and are not subject to refund calculations.

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by our senior management team
  • Provide additional documentation supporting your refund request
